Static - electric field of spindt cathode was analyzed and then field emission current was simulated . the method could direct the fabrication of spindt cathode . how the aspect ration and site density of cnts effect the field enhancement factor were also analyzed 对碳纳米管的顶端电场进行了计算，分析了其长径比和生长密度对电场增强因子的影响，进而可以对场发射实验进行指导。
